When you become an RETC client, your portfolio of properties will be represented by a team of RETC tax consultants and not just one tax agent. Depending on where your properties are located, we will assign tax consultants who are knowledgable and experienced in that specific market and district. Because our tax consultants are often out of the office settling appeals at the districts, we will also assign an Account Manager to your portfolio who will be your main point of contact. You will never be more than one call or email away from knowing the status of all of your tax appeals.
Our contracts are set up on a contingency fee basis and renew annually, which means you will enjoy the benefits of our expert analysis each year without a single charge unless we save you money. All we require from you is basic information and updates on each of your properties each year.
