Primary duties will be to directly assist tax managers with protest appeals and Appraisal Review Board hearings. Tasks involve research and analysis of financial documents, evaluating real estate through 4 different appraisal methods, contacting clients, and building client portfolios.

Dates: May 16th 2010 – July 15th 2010.

THIS IS A PAID TEMPORARY INTERNSHIP THAT MAY COUNT FOR COLLEGE CREDIT.

Job Requirements:
Looking for an undergraduate student motivated and willing to learn. Applicants should have effective communication skills on the computer and in drafting letters of correspondence as well as over the phone; be highly organized, and their attention to detail and accuracy is crucial. An interest in real estate is preferred.
